Terms of Service

BrainRotU generates printable practice worksheets personalized to each child, grades worksheets you upload, and tracks learning progress. Worksheets and grading are produced with the help of automated and AI systems.

You must be an adult — a parent, guardian, or teacher — to create an account. You are responsible for the information you provide, for any children you add to your account, and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

BrainRotU offers a free tier so you can try the service. A paid family subscription is available for $10 per month and covers all of the children on your account. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Prices and plan details may change, and current pricing is shown in the app. Other plans may be offered with their own pricing and terms, which are presented at sign-up.

You agree to use BrainRotU only for lawful, personal, family, or educational purposes. You agree not to: misuse or interfere with the service; attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its systems; upload content you do not have the right to share; or use the service to violate anyone's rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.

You keep any rights you have in the worksheets, photos, and other content you upload. You grant us permission to process that content as needed to provide the service — for example, to grade an uploaded worksheet or generate the next one. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Worksheets and grading are generated by automated systems and may contain errors; they are learning aids, not a substitute for a parent's or teacher's judgment. Please review worksheets and grading results and use your own discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrainRotU and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
